Dragon's Blood is one of the most distinctive incense scents: deep, resinous and warmly spicy, with a faintly sweet edge. It is hand-rolled to an Indian masala recipe.
The Dragon's Blood scent
The name refers to a red plant resin long valued as incense and pigment. Its smoke is warm, rich and full-bodied, filling the space well and creating a slightly mysterious, veiled mood.
Masala incense
Masala incense is not a single essential oil but a hand-kneaded blend of spices, resins and botanicals. This is what gives its smoke a full, layered and slowly unfolding character.
How to use
Place the stick in a heat-resistant incense holder, light the tip, then gently blow out the flame so it begins to smoulder. Always burn under supervision in a well-ventilated room, and keep away from children and flammable materials. It is about 22 cm long.
