Growing

Sow in early May directly in the garden. Plant spacing 80 cm, row spacing 80 cm — short vines mean less space needed.

Pick young, from July. Uses: marrow squash főzelék with sour cream, soup, stuffed marrow. The foundation of traditional Hungarian home cooking.
