Incense Stick Holder – Pentacle, Acacia Wood, 25 cm

Pentacle-patterned acacia stick incense holder, 25 × 4 cm. For thinner sticks. Hand-engraved natural material.

Why this holder is worth choosing

Many people look for an incense holder that does not draw attention to itself — it just does its job. This 25 cm acacia piece offers exactly that: it holds the glowing stick steadily, catches the falling ash, and is light enough not to crowd your shelf. The Pentacle pattern is discreet — not showy, yet a piece with character as decoration.

Introducing the Pentacle symbol

The Pentacle is a five-pointed star enclosed in a circle — across many cultures it stands for the five main points of the human form (head, hands, feet) or the four elements (earth, water, air, fire) plus spirit. You are free to interpret it as you wish — many simply view it as a mathematically beautiful, harmonious pattern, and that is enough.

Acacia and the hand engraving

Acacia's hardness and durability have been recognised for a long time — the brown tones and grain come from the natural properties of the wood. The Pentacle pattern is carved by hand, so each piece arrives with lines of slightly different depth and character. This is not a fault but one of the beauties of handcraft.

What sticks to use

The holder is made for thinner sticks, about 2.5 mm in diameter. This includes Japanese, yoga, agarbatti, masala, Satya and Marco Polo types. If you want to burn thicker rolled sticks, it is worth choosing a wider holder.

Use and care

Place it on a flat, heat-resistant surface. Insert one stick, and the ash will collect along the length of the holder. After use, let it cool and then wipe it with a soft cloth. Free any ash stuck between the carvings with a soft toothbrush. Do not wash it with water and do not keep it in a damp room.
