Chakra Energy Incense Blend – Frankincense Base for the Seven Chakras

Chakra energy incense blend on a frankincense base, with bergamot, patchouli, jasmine, citronella and cedar essential oils. Burned on charcoal or an incense sie

This blend is built on a frankincense resin base, enriched with five essential oils – bergamot, patchouli, jasmine, citronella and cedar. The rising smoke is at once fresh and deep, floral and woody, giving a complex, balanced scent experience.

What is in the blend

The base is frankincense, the resin of Boswellia trees, fresh and citrus-balsamic in character. Over it sit the bright citrus of bergamot, the earthy depth of patchouli, the floral softness of jasmine, the lively freshness of citronella and the warm, woody base of cedar. Together they trace a full arc from light to deep.

The tradition of the chakras

Eastern spiritual tradition describes the body through subtle energy centres – chakras – arranged along the line of the spine, from the base to the crown. Each of the seven main chakras is associated with a different quality, colour and theme. This blend is traditionally linked to the idea of harmonising the seven chakras – best understood as a symbolic, traditional frame rather than a healing promise.

How to burn it

Burn on glowing charcoal or an incense sieve. On a sieve it smoulders more slowly and evenly, so the layered scent unfolds gradually. Complete on its own, it can also be refined with purer resins.

What it is good for

It suits meditation, yoga, chakra meditation, or simply creating a rich, balanced scent space. Its complex profile lends itself best to deep, evening occasions.

Good to know

As a natural resin and essential-oil blend, scent strength and nuance may vary slightly. Burn in a heatproof dish, supervised, in a well-ventilated space.
