Cinnamon (Cinnamomum)
Cinnamon is the classic spice from the fragrant bark of Cinnamomum trees; burned, it gives a warm, sweet-spicy scent that creates a homely, festive mood. Cinnamon releases a warm, sweet, spicy smoke. The calming mood attached to it is a traditional idea, not a medical effect.
Craft and use
The sticks are hand-rolled to an Indian masala recipe and carry Ecocert certification; they are about 22.7 cm long.
Safety and use
Place the stick in a suitable holder on a heat-resistant, stable surface, light the end, then blow out the flame so the ember smoulders. Never leave it burning unattended; ventilate the room and keep it away from flammable objects and children.
