Nine jingles, one clever hook

How does it change the sound?
When the cymbal sounds, the jingles resting on it vibrate along and add a bright, sizzling chime to the original tone. Placed on the hi-hat it gives a crisper, more danceable pulse, while on a crash or ride cymbal it creates a longer, shimmering cloud of sound. The effect is easy to dose: by choosing where you place the hook, you decide how prominent it should be.
