Crystal-clear treble in a small box
This 16-centimetre tongue drum is designed for those who long for a particularly bright, bell-like tone. The eight notes of the D-major scale span from D5 to D6, sounding one octave higher than most standard tongue drums. If you already own a deeper-toned base drum, this extension piece adds a wonderful brightness to your playing.
Notes that ring with clarity
The eight notes are arranged as D5, E5, F#5, G5, A5, B5, C#6, D6. The charm of the upper register lies in the way melodies seem to float luminously in the air. Many listeners say the tones recall birdsong or the soft chatter of a stream, fitting beautifully into summer mornings.
For home and stage alike
This instrument may serve you in two ways. On its own, it shines beautifully when you simply wish to play a few uplifting tunes with your afternoon coffee. As a professional musician, you can pair it with your existing drum to create richer, more layered compositions.
What the package contains
The gift box holds a soft dust cover, the instruction booklet, traditional mallets, a softer extra mallet and finger mallets. This means that from the moment you open it, you have everything needed to try your first melodies. Thanks to the attractive gift packaging, it also makes a heartfelt present.
Lasting quality
The corrosion-resistant copper steel ensures that the upper notes retain their clarity for many years. Its compact size fits easily into a bag, so you can take it out anywhere and create a small island of calm around you within minutes.
