The character of Himalayan salt stone
This hand-polished salt stone has a heart shape and comes from the area of the Khewra mine in Pakistan. Himalayan salt contains more than 80 natural minerals — among them calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper and iron — which also give the stone its natural pink-rust shade.
How you can use it at home
Many customers place the salt stone in the bath and create a relaxing soak in warm water. Others use it for body scrubbing or for a gentle shoulder or back massage — the cool surface of the stone calms tense muscles. Storage and care
Always dry the salt stone after use and keep it in an airy, dry place — salt crystal is sensitive to prolonged moisture. If the stone loses a little of its shine, a soft dry cloth will easily bring back its natural lustre.
