Himalayan salt inhaler – ceramic

Ceramic Himalayan salt inhaler for easier breathing. A traditional, medication-free method, recommended 15 minutes per day at home.

What the salt inhaler gives you

This ceramic salt inhaler brings the ancient practice of salt therapy into your own home. We recommend it to customers who would like to support their respiratory system during the spring or autumn allergy season, the heating period, or simply in drier indoor air. Instead of medication or tablets, the inhaler offers a gentle, traditional method.

How to use it

Place the ceramic mouthpiece in your mouth, slowly inhale through your mouth and exhale through your nose — try not to breathe back into the inhaler. At first use, you may notice a slight salty taste, which is the natural effect of the salt crystals. The suggested daily use is about 15 minutes, split into three sessions of 5 minutes each.

Filled with Pakistani salt crystal

The inhaler is filled with Pakistani salt crystal from the area of Khewra. Himalayan salt contains more than 80 natural minerals and trace elements, including calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron. The salt does not dissolve in the humidity of the breath, so the inhaler can be used for a long time.

Who do we recommend it to?

Many of our customers reach for it in the winter months, when heated homes dry out the throat and nasal lining. Others use it during the ragweed season, to ease sneezing, coughing or a blocked nose, and as a gentle support alongside asthma or chronic bronchitis. In case of serious respiratory complaints, please always consult your treating doctor.

Care and storage

Store the inhaler in a dry place and do not rinse it with water, because salt crystal is sensitive to moisture. You can keep it on an airy shelf, beside the bed or in the bathroom cabinet. It needs no cleaning — the salt naturally keeps its own surface clean.
