What you receive

Why the Ohm tone
The Ohm sound is considered the primordial creation tone in Hindu and Buddhist tradition. The 136.1 Hz version is well suited to inward turning during or after yoga, because the deep vibration is clearly felt in the chest and belly. It is linked to the first chakra and is often described as grounding.
How you can use it
Place the wooden base on a flat surface and strike the bar at the centre with the wooden striker. The tone opens up immediately and rings for a long time. After yoga you may sit and listen to the tone, or use it to close a savasana. The 65 cm length makes the sound richer and slower to fade.
Cleaning and storage
Dust the wooden base with a soft brush and clean the bar with a dry cloth. Avoid running water and keep it away from radiators and direct sunlight. When moving the set, hold the wooden base, not the bar, because the suspension is fine and accidental impacts may shift the tuning.
