Small, natural green aventurine (green quartz) chips in a fresh green tone. The 0.5–1.5 cm size is ideal for decorative jars, crystal collections or styling a space.
The stone of green aventurine
Green aventurine is the compact, microcrystalline form of quartz, its fresh green colour and subtle shimmer coming from tiny fuchsite inclusions (an effect called aventurescence); its Mohs hardness is around 7. In crystal lore it is known as a stone of abundance and opportunity, and tradition links it with emotional balance, creativity and embracing change.
Character and finish
These chips are raw, natural pieces, so every chip is unique: shade, shape and size may vary slightly from the photo. That is not a flaw but the nature of a genuine mineral. Pieces typically range between 0.5 and 1.5 cm.
Ways to use it
Green aventurine chips look lovely in a jar, in a crystal corner or in a workspace, and are popular for craft projects too. Their fresh green brings a natural, renewing mood to a room.
Care and good to know
This is a durable mineral (Mohs hardness around 7), yet it is worth protecting from knocks and abrasive surfaces. Now and then you can rinse it under lukewarm water and pat it dry with a soft cloth. To protect the colour, keep it away from prolonged, strong sunlight.
