The Golden Nag Himalaya stick
Golden Nag Himalaya is an Indian incense stick from the masala line of the Vijayshree workshop. The name suggests a fresh, mountain-like aroma that for many evokes summer walks in the hills. The pack contains 12 boxes of 15 grams each.
What you can use this aroma for
Fresher, lighter scents suit morning airing, accompanying yoga sessions, or refreshing the air at the end of a working day. You can also try it if you like incense that does not overwhelm a room with heavy aromas. Anyone who enjoys lighter, fresher scents may find a favourite here too.
The Indian tradition of masala making
For masala incense, a paste of natural resins, herbs and oils is rolled onto a bamboo stick. The Vijayshree workshop has worked in this tradition for decades. Masala sticks burn more slowly than simple oil-dipped incense and give a richer aroma.
Use at home
Place the stick into a stable, non-flammable holder, light its tip and after a few seconds blow out the flame. The glowing end then releases the aroma into the room. Air the room regularly and keep small children and pets away from the burning stick.
Origin and pack
The incense comes from India and belongs to the Vijayshree masala line. The 12 boxes × 15 grams cardboard packaging protects the aroma during transport.
