About clear quartz
Clear quartz, or rock crystal, is colourless, transparent quartz (SiO₂) with a Mohs hardness of about 7. In crystal lore it is known as the "master crystal", traditionally said to strengthen intention, support clear thinking and amplify the qualities of other stones. In plain terms, it is a well-polished, decorative quartz point that refracts light beautifully.
Usui reiki
Reiki is a hands-on method originating in Japan, developed by Master Mikao Usui.
