About this Italian Thyme essential oil

The plant (Thymus vulgaris) is harvested from Mediterranean growing regions, then the Italian workshop extracts the concentrated fragrant drops through steam distillation or cold pressing. Thyme is a warming, herbal, slightly earthy essential oil. We recommend it for those cold, grey days when you wish to work, read or simply relax with a warm cup of tea. The oil also blends well with lemon, lavender or bergamot in your own creative combinations. A 10 ml bottle holds approximately 200 drops, enough for many weeks of regular use.
How to use the oil
Fill the diffuser water reservoir and add five to ten drops. Five drops suit a small study room, while eight to ten drops work well in a larger living room or studio. Turn on the device or light the tea light. Once the water has evaporated, switch off the diffuser or extinguish the flame.
Proper storage
Keep the bottle in a cool, dark place, protected from light and heat. Store carefully out of reach of children and pets. Once opened, the oil retains its original aroma and properties for approximately two years. Never apply undiluted to skin or eyes — this is a concentrated plant extract.
