Chamomile is one of the best known plants of the European herbal tradition, surely familiar to you from your grandmother's tea drawer. The Fiore d'Oriente organic chamomile essential oil offers a concentrated, soft, slightly balsamic floral note, and the small five millilitre size shows how powerful the character is: a few drops easily fill the room.
Why we recommend it especially for the evening
The aroma of chamomile is traditionally the flower of calm, of quietening down and rest. If you find it hard to relax before bed, or would like a calmer background aroma for reading, this oil is a good choice. In the light of an aroma lamp it creates a particularly cosy mood in your bedroom.
How to use it sparingly
Since the five millilitre size is more concentrated, two to four drops are more than enough for an ultrasonic diffuser or aroma lamp. Always start with a smaller amount and only increase if you find the aroma too faint. As with every essential oil, ventilation and moderate dosing matter here too.

Read the enclosed leaflet and keep the vial out of reach of children and pets. During pregnancy or if you have a known sensitivity, please consult a specialist before use. Do not apply the pure oil directly to the skin without dilution.
