The two-phase disinfectant dishwashing concentrate with citrus scent is a combined-action hand dishwashing and cleaning agent that cleans and disinfects in a single step. It is a biocidal product (product type 4) and a food-industry disinfectant that effectively cuts grease, removes surface soiling and also has a disinfecting effect. The 1-litre bottle is a convenient, easy-to-dose size for the hand disinfectant washing of professional kitchens.
What it is for
As a food-industry disinfectant it can be used in the food industry, public catering, large-scale kitchens and hospitality, where cleaning and disinfecting in one step is important. It is suitable for both consumer and professional use.
Disinfectant washing parameters
To achieve the disinfecting effect, prepare a 2% working solution (1:50 dilution), which must be made fresh immediately before use. The contact time is 5 minutes at 45 °C, at which the product is bactericidal and fungicidal. The washing process must ensure that, after the contact time, the wash solution is completely rinsed off the surfaces of dishes and cutlery.
How it works
The product's antimicrobial spectrum is bactericidal (kills bacteria) and fungicidal (kills fungi). This means that at the correct dilution and contact time it reduces the number of bacteria and fungi on the washed surfaces, while the surfactants dissolve grease and food residue.
How to use
The product is a concentrate that must be diluted during use. Always read the information on the label, and apply the prescribed 1:50 dilution for disinfectant washing. When using biocidal products, pay attention to safety and follow the recommended contact time so that the disinfecting effect is fully achieved.
