A landscape laptop case made of soft, slightly padded felt, about 34 cm wide and 25 cm tall. The top is deep blue and the bottom natural white, and the two meet along a soft, blurred diagonal, which is where the name Blue Horizon comes from. Hand stitching in white thread runs along the top edge, and a white felt ball hangs from the zip pull.
No figures, just two colours
There is no face, animal or lettering on it, only the two colours and the stitching. If you prefer understated things, it looks at home in a smart work bag or on a meeting-room table. It also makes a good gift for a man.
Hand felting, its own colour blend
The felt is made by hand in Nepal using traditional felting. The fibres are wetted with soapy water and rubbed until they bind into a dense fabric, and the colours mix where they meet. That is why the line between blue and white runs differently on each case, and the blue may be a slightly different shade from the photo. Your case will not look exactly like the one in the picture, but the same two colours meet on it.
Up to a 14-inch laptop
Made for laptops up to about 14 inches, with a screen of about 35 cm measured diagonally. Measure yours before ordering: the longer side should be a few centimetres under 34 cm and the shorter side a few centimetres under 25 cm.
The felt guards the lid against scratches, scuffs and small knocks, but not against a fall. In a backpack or work bag, it keeps keys away from your laptop.
The white part shows dirt sooner. Brush dust off with a soft brush, dab marks with a cloth dampened in lukewarm water, and don't machine wash it.
