Sound and character
With its weight and momentum, the large felt head draws the deep, fundamental range out of the singing bowl. The strike is soft and rounded, pushing the click into the background while the deep, rolling fundamental and long-sustained overtones come forward. In a sound bath this mallet is particularly suited to deep, grounding passages.
How to use
Choose this mallet if you play a medium-to-large singing bowl, around 800-1500 g, and want to bring out its deep voice. Hold the handle loosely and touch the rim or side of the bowl with a soft, rocking motion rather than a hard strike. In a sound bath it works beautifully for deep, foundational sections of the treatment.

Care tips
- For a deeper sound, brush the rim of the bowl gently rather than striking it hard.
