Sound and character
This pair of felt-head mallets produces a decisive, firm attack, so bass slit drums and singing bowls heavier than 1.5 kg sound especially clear and well articulated. Played together, the two mallets allow you to build rhythmic patterns and ostinatos, which is particularly useful in sound circles and live ceremonies.
How to use
Choose the pair if you plan to play with both hands — for instance to keep a rhythmic foundation on a bass slit drum while gently shaping the overtones. The pair also works beautifully on large singing bowls when you build texture with alternating, two-handed strikes.

Care tips
Always match the size of the mallet to the instrument. Never strike people or animals: the larger the mallet, the greater the energy delivered. Store in a dry place and protect the felt heads from dust and moisture. If you would like a softer voice, switch to the wool-fleece pair.
