Szentes white ram's horn pepper is a Hungarian-bred classic. Indeterminate, suitable both for early tunnel forcing and outdoor cultivation. The fruit is bone-white in colour, long, ram's horn shaped — which is where it gets its name. Belongs to the flavourful, thick-fleshed varieties.

Growing

Sow in February into seed trays. Transplant late April–early May under cover, or late May outdoors. Row spacing 50 cm, plant spacing 40 cm.

Fruits ripen continuously from June (under cover) or July (outdoors). Uses: fresh eating, stuffed pepper, lecsó. The long ram's horn shape is also visually striking on the plate.
