Faludi pepper is a vigorous bush-forming, indeterminate, mid-early TV (trellis) pepper. Hot in flavour. The fruits are medium green and large — combining hot pepper flavour with substantial fruit size.
Growing
Sowing time: February–March in seed trays. Transplanting: late May. Spacing: 50×40 cm. Staking or trellising is needed due to indeterminate growth.
Fruits ripen continuously from July. Uses: hot seasoning, hot lecsó, fermented pickled pepper. Fresh or dried — provides home-made hot pepper through the winter.
