The aromas of a restful night
The Sleep aromatherapy set combines three essential oils traditionally associated with evening rest and peaceful falling asleep. You receive a carefully curated selection in which soft, floral and herbal characters complement each other and help quiet the daily tension.
Evening bedroom routine
Add 3-4 drops of essential oil to the bedroom diffuser 30 minutes before bedtime. By the time you slip into bed, the pleasant aroma already permeates the room and a restful mood greets you. Turn off the diffuser with an automatic timer or let it run 1-2 hours. Open the window for 10 minutes before bedtime for ventilation.
For evening bathing and relaxation
After a long day, begin relaxation with a warm bath: mix 5-7 drops of oil into a tablespoon of almond oil and add to the water. After a 15-20 minute bath you can sleep more easily. Quiet music, dimmed lights and a book complete the restful ritual.
A few drops on the pillow
You may place 1-2 drops of essential oil undiluted on the corner of the pillowcase (NOT directly on the pillow), so the pleasant aroma surrounds you at bedtime. If you have sensitive skin, instead use a small linen sachet of dried lavender scented and tucked under the pillow. The two methods can be combined.
Set contents and caution
The Sleep set contains three separate essential oils in a decorative box, each in an amber bottle with a sealable cap. Kept in a cool, dark place they retain their character for 24 months. We recommend that expectant mothers and families with small children consult a doctor before use. Keep away from children.
