A hand-painted incense tray in mango wood — Tree of Life
This elongated incense tray gives you a tidy, safe surface for burning stick incense. The stick rests along the full length of the tray, so the glowing tip stays safely above the surface while the ash falls neatly onto the wood rather than the table.
The motif and the hand finish
The Tree of Life design is painted by hand onto a natural mango wood base, then sealed with enamel. Because each tray is decorated individually, you can expect small differences in colour depth and line work from one piece to the next — these are the marks of true handwork, not defects. The wood grain shows softly through the lighter areas, which gives the tray warmth.
How to use it
Place the tray on a flat, heat-resistant surface — a wooden shelf or a small stone tile is ideal. Insert the stick into the hole at one end and check that it stands steady before you light it. Watch the burn through to the end and never leave a lit stick unattended.
Care
Let the ash cool, then brush it off gently. Wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth — keep water away from the wood. Stored in a dry place, the tray keeps its bright colour for many years.
