The 235 × 210 cm size is designed for a classic 160–180 cm wide double bed: it fully covers the top of the bed and drapes properly down both sides. It can also be used on a 200 cm French bed, where the coverage is somewhat tighter. For a single bed, the Single size (140 × 210 cm) variant is a more proportionate choice.
