Elongated slide-top aluminium tin with 15 g capacity
This 8 x 3.4 x 1.2 cm aluminium tin is the narrowest and longest of the three sizes in the range. Its shape fits into places where square or round jars would not — for example a narrow side pocket of a bag, a drawer next to pens, or a small organiser.
When is it most useful?
Anyone who regularly carries solid perfume or eyelash glue knows that an elongated, flat shape fits far more easily than a round jar. It can travel along to work, into a sports bag, or into a handbag, and holds approximately 15 grams of contents — a convenient portion for a small gift or sample.

How the lid works
The lid does not snap on; it slides sideways. Two small tabs sit on the long sides of the tin, and a little pressure on them opens it. When closing you feel a soft friction — that signals the lid is securely shut.
Material and care
Aluminium is light, does not rust, and does not transfer flavour or odour to the contents. It washes with lukewarm water and dish soap, and once dry can be refilled. Long-term storage of strongly acidic or alkaline contents is not recommended, as the aluminium surface may react with them.
Things to keep in mind
Because the tin is light and flat, storing it on a level surface keeps the contents even. It may be packed in carry-on luggage on flights, since the capacity is well under 100 ml.
