Pointed cauliflower (Romanesco) is a unique, decorative variant of cauliflower. Develops a vigorous, leafy plant. Suitable for autumn growing. The curd is made of bright green little towers — each one a mini fractal. Growing time: 95–100 days.

Sow in May in seed trays. Transplant in June. Row spacing 65 cm, plant spacing 60 cm, sowing depth 2 cm.
Steamed, with cheese-cream sauce, in soup. Roasted whole as a decorative main course.
