Crystal Singing Bowl Set – 7 Pieces, Lotus Chakra Design, 432 Hz

Seven-piece crystal singing bowl set, lotus chakra design, 432 Hz. 20 and 30 cm bowls with mallets and rubber rings. For home practice and therapists.

What you get in this set

The set contains seven crystal singing bowls matched to the seven main chakras, tuned to 432 Hz with a lotus chakra design. The four lower bowls (chakras 1-4) are 20 centimetres in diameter, the three upper bowls (chakras 5-7) are 30 centimetres. The notes in order are C (root, red), D (sacral, orange), E (solar plexus, yellow), F (heart, green), G (throat, blue), A (third eye, indigo) and B (crown, purple). Each bowl comes with its own rubber mallet and stabilising rubber ring. The bowls are crafted from pure quartz powder fused at nearly 1700 degrees Celsius, giving them a white, translucent appearance.

How to set them up at home

Place the bowls in a calm, well-ventilated room where they cannot bump against heavy objects or speakers. The 20-centimetre bowls are lighter and ring higher, the 30-centimetre ones go deeper and resonate longer. You can arrange them in chakra order (C through B) or by sound, whichever feels most logical to you. Stand each bowl on its own rubber ring and keep its mallet within reach.

How you can use it in everyday life

For a sound bath you can play the bowls one at a time or in pairs, depending on the state you wish to bring yourself or your participants to. For a gradual chakra walk many move through the notes from root to crown, sounding one to three long resonances at each. It is also well suited for therapeutic work: you can choose a focused note for a focused theme. In group sessions the set can be the core kit of an entire workshop.

How to know this set is right for you

Choose this set if you wish to build a more serious home practice or offer sound therapy to clients and would like every main chakra note to be immediately at hand. The mixed 20 and 30 cm sizing gives balance: higher and deeper notes together form a complete sound picture, without the storage space or carrying weight becoming excessive. It is also suitable for beginners, since each bowl comes with its own mallet and rubber ring.

What to watch out for in use

Play only the bowl you are focusing on at any moment and keep the others at a safe distance, as strong resonance can in rare cases cause cracks in the other bowls. Never strike loudly close to anyone's head. People with metal pins, implants or a pacemaker should consult their doctor before a sound bath. Wooden mallets are not suitable for crystal bowls. A soft, dry or barely damp cloth without chemicals is enough for cleaning.
