Why the 432 Hz F# (F sharp) tuning is special
This F# (F sharp) crystal singing bowl tuned to 432 Hz builds on the finer, higher tuning of the heart chakra. The 432 Hz tuning is chosen by customers who prefer a softer, more natural sound to the standard 440 Hz during meditation or rest. For You, this bowl helps to feel a sense of loving openness, forgiveness and inner peace on a deeper level. A soft, padded carry case is included, so you can safely take the bowl to friends, a yoga class or a presentation.
99.99% pure quartz — the secret of long sustain
The bowl is made of 99.99% pure fused quartz sand, hardened at high temperatures. This crystalline structure gives the bowl its long, even sustain — when You glide the felt-tipped mallet gently around its rim, the tone can last up to half a minute. This is exactly why sound-therapy practitioners and home meditators reach for it.
Size and practical tips
This version comes to You with a carry bag included. Based on its weight and diameter, the bowl falls into the small-to-medium size category. If You are new to singing bowls, a smaller size is easier to handle; if You want to fill a room with sound — for example, a living room or a meditation hall — a larger diameter is recommended.
Step by step: how to make it sing
In use, You place the bowl on a flat, even surface, optionally on a silicone ring for stability. Hold the felt mallet vertically and circle the rim with steady, even pressure. After a few tries, You will feel the right angle and speed — from that point the tone rises almost by itself. Many people use it for ten to fifteen minutes daily before sleep or at the start of the morning.
Storage and care at home
Storage is simple: keep the bowl in a dry, dust-free place, ideally in the included case. For cleaning, a soft microfibre cloth is enough — please do not use chemicals, as the quartz surface is sensitive. If the bowl happens to bump against something, do not worry: small marks do not affect the sound.
