The Flower of Life is a geometric pattern made of overlapping circles, one of the oldest symbols of sacred geometry. Here it appears not only on the outer wall of the bowl, but also on its storage bag, so the object stays in tune with its own design even when stored.

The F note is traditionally linked to the fourth, or heart, chakra, and is associated with feelings of love and inner calm. Many people look for this tuning when their practice centres on settling the mind and finding emotional balance. How it is made and how to play it
The bowl is crafted from pure quartz sand, heated to about 4000 °C, poured into a mould and precision-tuned. Place it on the included adjustable ring on a stable, flat surface. Use the padded mallet to tap the rim gently or to glide around the outer wall in a circular motion. Play for at most 15–20 minutes at a time, with a 15-minute rest. Keep at least 30 cm between multiple bowls and never lean over the bowl while it sings.
The protective storage bag
The patterned bag is made of 8 mm synthetic rubber lined with nylon: it is water-resistant, vibration-absorbing and decorated with the Flower of Life symbol. Keep the bowl inside it when not in use, since quartz is sensitive to impact. You receive a bowl crafted in China after careful quality control.
