How is C# different from C?
The C# (C sharp) note is half a tone higher than the C base note. Its sound is more ringing, brighter, and is linked to the upper chakras by tradition. If you look for a lighter, higher vibration instead of a deep grounding tone, the C# version is the one to choose.
What does the smaller size offer?
The smaller diameter bowl gives a shorter but cleaner sound and fits more easily in home environments. You can place it on a table, small shelf, or in a meditation corner. The vibration time is shorter than larger versions, but still enough to support breath slowing.
How do you use it at home?
Place the bowl on a soft mat and circle the included mallet slowly around the rim. A 10–15 minute session is plenty. You can use it for morning attunement or evening wind-down.
What to watch for during storage?
Crystal is fragile, so keep it in a box lined with soft cloth. Use it on a stable surface because it may crack if dropped. For dust, wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use chemicals. At home, give the bowl a fixed spot so you do not have to rearrange it each time. Placing it on a small, low table makes it easy to reach, and the sound scatters nicely. A soft felt mat makes the ringing tone even cleaner.
Who do we recommend it to?
We recommend it to you if you look for an easy-to-handle singing bowl for home practice, or if you like a higher, ringing tone. It is also a good choice for beginning sound therapy practice. The advantage of the smaller C# size is that you can handle it quickly and easily, even while sitting on your meditation cushion. Paired with a smaller C-base bowl, you can support your practice from two directions: deep grounding and high ringing. Keep them wrapped separately in soft cloths.
