Why is medium size a good choice?
The medium diameter crystal bowl bridges the gap between smaller and larger versions. Its vibration time is longer than the smaller one, yet it does not take up too much space at home. If you have tried the smaller bowl and feel ready for a more sustained tone, this is the right fit.
What does C# note and 432 Hz offer?
The C# (C sharp) is half a tone higher than C base, gives a more ringing sound, and is linked to the upper chakras by tradition. The 432 Hz tuning is softer and more natural than the 440 Hz standard, according to many of our meditation customers.
How do you use it during practice?
Place the bowl on a soft mat and circle the mallet slowly around the rim. Longer circling can unfold a deeper sound layer. Notice how the tonality changes, and set the tempo that feels most pleasant to you.
What to watch for during storage and cleaning?
Crystal is fragile, so use it on a stable surface and store it in a box lined with soft cloth. For dust, wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use strong chemicals, as they may damage the surface.
Who do we recommend it to?
We recommend it to you if you look for a tool for more advanced home practice, or if you want a bowl for beginning sound therapy work with a lasting, sustained vibration. The C# bright, ringing character pairs well with the medium size. The medium size is also a good choice if you want to build a bowl set with several notes. A C, a C# and a D together already introduce a gentle sound scale. You can gradually expand your collection, allowing more varied practice for your clients as well.
