What do you get with the bag?
A padded carrying bag comes with the crystal singing bowl to protect it during transport. The soft lining absorbs impacts, so the bowl stays safe even when carried on your shoulder to a practice room. The C base note is linked to the root chakra by tradition.
Why is 432 Hz tuning useful?
Many of our meditation customers find 432 Hz tuning softer and more natural than the 440 Hz standard. You can choose it for sound baths, yoga, or evening wind-down sessions.
How do you use the bowl?
Place the bowl on a soft mat and slowly circle the included mallet around the rim. The vibration builds gradually. By following the change in sound, you can discover what tempo and pressure suit you best. A 10–20 minute session is plenty.
What to watch when using the bag?
Before placing it in the bag, make sure the bowl and mallet are clean and dry. Do not put the bag on wet surfaces and avoid heat sources. Regularly check the seams and the handle. When you bring it to your clients homes, always ask what surface you may place it on. Sometimes there is carpet, other times stone floor, and the sound resonates very differently on each. Adapt flexibly to the location, because this way every client gets a pleasant experience.
Who do we recommend it to?
We recommend it to you if you travel between practice locations or, as an instructor, bring the bowl to your clients. The bag is a useful companion to the crystal singing bowl. The bagged version is practical for those who frequently change locations. Keep a soft cloth in the bag alongside the bowl so you can wipe off any settled dust upon arrival. This way the sound stays cleaner, and the quartz surface stays protected from small scratches.
