This three-piece tuning fork set is made of pure clear quartz and sounds in 432 Hz tuning. With a single gentle tap the crystal forks ring for minutes, with a clear, translucent tone that slowly fills the room. It is a refined tool for those who work seriously with sound.
What the set contains
The chakra tuning set holds three forks: a C-note fork for the root chakra (about 38–40 cm), an F-note fork for the heart chakra (about 35–38 cm) and a B-note fork for the crown chakra (about 39–41 cm). The set comes with three silicone-covered mallets and a padded aluminium carrying case, along with a multilingual leaflet. The rods are about 2 cm in diameter, made of 99.9% pure quartz; the note letter is marked on the head of each fork's handle.
The 432 Hz tuning
Many refer to 432 Hz as a "natural tuning" and feel it to be softer and rounder than the usual concert pitch. In the sound-therapy tradition this tuning is held to be especially calming and grounding – an experience best understood as a traditional frame rather than a measurable promise.
The tradition of the chakras
Eastern spiritual tradition describes the body through subtle energy centres – chakras – arranged along the spine, from the base to the crown. Each main chakra is associated with a different quality and level of awareness; when open and balanced they form an integrated system. This set offers one note each for three key centres – the root, the heart and the crown.
How to use it
Strike the fork with the silicone-covered mallet, then bring it near the ear or above the body and let the sound slowly fade. In the sound-therapy tradition the crystal-clear vibration is held to support focus, stillness and a sense of calm. It suits both home practice and the work of experienced practitioners.
Care and attention
The crystal forks are fragile: protect them from falls and knocks, and store them in the padded case after use. A soft, dry cloth is enough for cleaning.
