The aroma and character of copal
Copal resin has a characteristically fresh, light scent: slightly citrusy with a hint of pine. It is not heavy or sweet – rather refreshing and clearing. Many people choose it because in the morning, or after a long closed period, it brings new air into the room and gently lifts the atmosphere of the home.
How to use the resin
From the 500 g pack, take a teaspoon and place it on a sieve burner or a glowing charcoal tablet. The resin melts slowly and releases a light, fresh scent cloud. Always use a heat-resistant vessel underneath, and make sure there is no draught or flammable material nearby.
When to light it
In the morning when you get up; after cleaning or airing; before yoga or meditation; or simply when you want a fresh feeling in the living room. The airy aroma suits spring and summer days well, but it also freshens the air in closed winter rooms.
Why is the large size worthwhile?
The 500 g amount lasts for many months and offers a favourable unit price. The sealable packaging protects the resin from moisture and light, so its aroma stays fresh for a long time. Your favourite scent will always be close at hand.
What is in the package?
You receive a 500 g sealable pack of copal incense resin. The resin is hand-selected from natural raw material. A charcoal tablet or sieve burner is needed separately – you can also find these in our range.
