The Cleaneco alkaline industrial cleaner is a strongly alkaline concentrate that dissolves and removes greasy, sooty soiling from surfaces effectively. It is made for cleaning floors, tiles, linoleum and paving, and is also suitable for industrial disc scrubbers that do not contain aluminium parts.
What it is for
It is ideal for cleaning large areas and heavily soiled industrial floors. It copes with stubborn grease and soot deposits, so it can be used reliably on the floors of kitchens, plants, warehouses and workshops. It is also suitable for machine cleaning, provided the machine contains no aluminium parts. As a concentrate, it can be diluted to match the soiling, which makes it economical for large surfaces and regular cleaning routines.
Use and dosing
The product is strongly alkaline, so it must only be used with safety goggles and alkali-resistant gloves. Dilute it to match the soiling: for machine cleaning, add 1–3 dl of agent to 10 litres of water, and use a higher concentration for heavier soiling. Avoid machines that contain aluminium parts.
Composition
Contains: sodium hydroxide. Per Regulation 648/2004/EC: less than 5% phosphonates, less than 5% non-ionic surfactants.
Active ingredients explained
Sodium hydroxide is a strong alkali that saponifies grease, that is, makes it water-soluble, so even baked-on grease and soot can be removed. Phosphonates manage water hardness, and the non-ionic surfactants help loosen the soiling.
