The 5 kg size is a practical choice for medium-traffic kitchens and smaller hospitality venues, where machine washing is regular but handling a large drum would be awkward. The Cleaneco machine glass and plate dishwashing concentrate is an industrial cleaner for hard water, made for machine cleaning of porcelain, glass, stainless steel and plastic items. It is recommended for every type of dishwasher.
What it is for
Following the instructions, it is suitable for cleaning porcelain, glass, stainless steel and plastic items. It is an industrial cleaner developed to keep commercial glass and plate dishwashers clean, and it is also suitable for cleaning coated surfaces. The concentration varies with water hardness and the soiling of the wash water, so it is recommended specifically for hard water.
Dosing
Dosing is best done with a dosing system. Using a built-in or retrofitted peristaltic dosing system, feed the agent into the wash phase at a concentration of 0.5–1% depending on water hardness. For coated surfaces, first carry out a test clean on a small, less visible area. The agent must only be used with safety goggles and gloves, adjusted to the level of soiling.
Composition
Contains: sodium hydroxide. Per Regulation 648/2004/EC: less than 5% EDTA and its salts.
Active ingredients explained
Sodium hydroxide is a strong alkali that dissolves dried-on food and grease residue, so glasses and plates come out thoroughly clean from machine washing. EDTA and its salts bind the minerals that cause water hardness, so the product stays effective even in hard water.
