A large 60 × 60 cm square cover with a mustard-yellow diamond pattern on a cream base. Big diamonds link into one another, each with a smaller diamond in the middle. The yellow pattern is woven from thick yarn, so it stands slightly raised.
Behind the jacquard-woven front, made in India, is a plain natural-coloured back with a zip along the edge. You get one cover, without a cushion pad; it needs a 60 × 60 cm one.
A back cushion on a grey sofa
Mustard yellow goes well with cream, beige, brown and grey. Propped against the back of a grey sofa, it becomes the strongest colour in the room. If you would like something quieter, add a plain cream cushion beside it.
The diamond pattern in two sizes
A long 30 × 50 cm cover with the same pattern is also available. In the product photo the square one stands at the back with the long one in front, giving two layers of cushions in the corner of the sofa.
Alternating with plain yellow
For a partner, the plain yellow Marigold cover works well. If you have many patterned cushions, the plain yellow gives the row a quieter surface while keeping the colour in one tone.
Diamonds you can feel
Thick yarn forms the yellow diamonds, so the surface feels slightly raised rather than smooth. A watch clasp or a cat's claws can catch in it, which is worth knowing if a pet also uses the sofa.
For filling, roll up the 60 × 60 cm pad, push it in through the zip, let it open out and settle the corners. If you mean it as a back cushion, a firmer pad holds its shape better.
