We believe you should know exactly what you are receiving: this is not a natural stone but heat-treated citrine. This is not a flaw but standard market practice, and it in no way diminishes the beauty of the stone. We chose this clear labelling because we believe the customer has the right to know what they are paying for. A natural citrine version is offered as a separate product at a higher price.
