Lucullus chard is a kitchen wonder that can be used two ways: leaves like spinach, stalks like asparagus. Significant vitamin C and mineral content. Multiple harvests possible, but don't pick more than 1/3 at a time.
Growing
Sow in March–April. Row spacing 40 cm, plant spacing 25 cm, sowing depth 3 cm.
Chard főzelék, lasagne, quiche, stuffed leaves (like cabbage). The thick stalk is a separate side dish.
