This pointed obelisk is built from seven chakra stone layers: red jasper, peach aventurine, golden quartz, green aventurine, a turquoise-toned stone, blue aventurine and amethyst. The layers echo the traditional chakra palette from root to crown, and Usui reiki symbols are engraved into the surface.
The chakra palette
Chakra teaching describes energy centres running along the body, traditionally linked to seven main colours. This obelisk stacks that sequence into a single column, so every shade appears, from the deep red of the root chakra to the violet of the crown. In plain terms, it is a colourful, decorative stone column that draws the eye in a meditation corner.
Usui reiki
Reiki is a hands-on method originating in Japan, founded by Master Mikao Usui. Practitioners are traditionally said to channel universal energy through their hands for the wellbeing of others; reiki is never meant to replace medical care. The engraved marks are symbols of this tradition.
Feng shui and placement
Feng shui is a Chinese teaching more than three thousand years old about the link between surroundings and wellbeing, and the harmonious flow of chi. The obelisk's pointed form makes a popular accent on a desk, a shelf or an altar, while the seven colours add a vivid touch to a room.
Good to know
Made from natural stones, the size, shades and layer pattern vary from piece to piece, so the stated size is a guide. Wipe clean with a soft cloth and protect from knocks.
