The Heart chakra – within tradition
In the chakra system this centre relates to the area of the centre of the chest, the heart, and its traditional colour is green. Tradition associates it with the theme of love, compassion and balance. This is a traditional framework, not a medical claim; the scent simply sets an atmosphere for that mood.
How to use and good to know
Light the tip of the stick, let it burn for a few seconds, then blow out the flame. Place the smouldering stick in a suitable holder, away from anything flammable, and ventilate well. Never leave burning incense unattended, and keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
