Turtle-shaped balance wine stand from solid Suar wood
The turtle symbolises patience, longevity and unshakable stability — a fitting figure for a wine stand whose entire concept is balance. This piece is hand-carved in Indonesia from a single block of Suar hardwood. The turtle's flat, wide body provides natural stability, while its horizontally extended shape makes it ideal for counterbalancing a full wine bottle.

How to use it
Place the stand on a flat, level surface. Slide the neck of a full 0.7–0.75 litre bottle into the hole at the end of the stand while gently supporting the base of the bottle. Release slowly — the stand counterbalances the bottle's weight and keeps it tilted in a floating-looking position. The balance is calibrated for full, standard-size bottles only.
Care
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Once or twice a year, treat with food-safe furniture oil or natural beeswax to preserve elasticity and deepen the grain. Keep away from direct sunlight, radiators and high humidity. Do not immerse in water or use chemical cleaners. Packaging does not include a wine bottle.
