Which season and room it suits best
The scent shows its true character from late autumn to early spring, when the days are short and warm, deep fragrances feel especially welcome. You may calmly place it in a winter living room, a reading corner or a cosy study. During Advent and Christmas it lends a particularly special mood to the space. For summer months we instead recommend the fresher fragrances of the range, such as Celestial Renewal or Cosmic Bloom.
How to adjust the scent intensity
The number of rattan reeds in the bottle determines the strength of the scent. In a smaller room of 10-12 square metres, 4-5 reeds are enough; in a medium living room use 6-8; in a larger space, all of them. Flipping the reeds every few days gives a gentle scent impulse and keeps the character even. If the scent feels too strong, remove two or three reeds — you can return them after a few days.
Tips for a cosy mood
Sacred Protection looks particularly beautiful when a warmer light, a candle or a yellow incandescent lamp, illuminates the space, and you relax in cosy clothes, with a sofa blanket and a cup of spiced tea or hot cocoa. The fragrance then completes the sensory experience. If you are hosting a dinner, it is worth placing the diffuser in the hallway, so it greets arriving guests without overpowering the dinner table scents.
What to do with the bottle at the end of use
When the oil has dropped to a quarter of the bottle and the scent is fading, usually after 6-8 weeks, it is time to replace the diffuser. Wash the empty bottle thoroughly in warm soapy water — it can become a tiny vase, a tealight holder or a cosmetic brush container. Place the rattan reeds in a wardrobe or drawer; they release a gentle scent for weeks more and are not waste.
