What the Divine Goddess diffuser smells like
The opening note is the crystal-fresh, tart-fruity character of blackcurrant — you can almost hear the berry pop. After a few minutes the honeyed, creamy character of fig takes over, gently rounding the composition. Discreet wood and vanilla notes rest in the base so the scent lasts for hours. The diffuser brings you an intimate, feminine, mature mood that suits any time of day.
Where it fits best at home
In the living room it serves as a beautiful background scent — guests are met with a warm, homely feel. In a dressing room it sits well next to feminine cosmetics, and a faint trace can settle on textiles for a long time. You may also choose it for a feminine study, a reading corner or a small shelf next to a sofa. We recommend it less for the kitchen, where cooking smells tend to drown this delicate composition.
How to use it in the first days
Take the reeds out of the packaging and place them in the bottle, each fully into the oil. Over the first 24-48 hours the rattan slowly saturates, and the initial scent is still modest. From the second day onwards, the interplay of blackcurrant and fig becomes clearly noticeable. In the first week, do not flip the reeds — let the oil distribute itself evenly. Only afterwards begin flipping every 4-7 days.
Maintenance, reed flipping, scent strength
Each flip gives a small scent burst — the saturated end now releases into the air more freshly. If the scent fades, flip the reeds or add one or two new ones. If it feels too intense in a small room, remove two or three reeds. Keep the diffuser away from radiators and direct sunlight; this way it lasts longer.
Combining it with other scents in the range
The Carnatia Starry Spell range offers six fragrance families that can be combined with one another. The fruity character of Divine Goddess sits well next to the sandalwood-orris Moon Magic in a larger flat (in different rooms). The fresh Celestial Renewal (orange blossom and rosemary) can move into the bathroom in this home. The range has been composed so that the different rooms together still produce a harmonious whole.
