Sacred Palo Santo — woody scent without smoke
Palo Santo, the so-called sacred wood, with its sweet woody and slightly citrusy character, has long been a favourite of home fragrance rituals. This Carnatia reed diffuser brings the Palo Santo character to you in a 30 ml bottle — without smoke, without flame. The rattan sticks slowly absorb the oil and release the scent quietly, continuously into the air.
How does it differ from the classic Palo Santo stick?
The classic Palo Santo stick produces smoke, which in many households (small children, those with asthma, allergy-aware homes) is not ideal. The reed diffuser delivers the same warm, slightly citrusy woody aroma — without smoke, ash or open flame. For many this makes the scent enjoyable on a daily basis.
Where does it feel most at home?
In a smaller, quiet room (5-10 m²) — such as a home office, reading nook or small living room — Palo Santo diffuses softly and lingers for days. It also suits bedrooms if you enjoy warm, spiced aromas. A 30 ml bottle scents this size of room for about four to six weeks.
Small usage tips
Remove the bottle stopper, insert the rattan sticks (three to five to begin with) and place it on a stable surface. Flip the sticks every three to five days. If guests are arriving, flip them a few hours in advance — the scent will be stronger and more present on arrival.
Who will enjoy it?
Anyone who loves woody, warm aromas (cedar, sandalwood, frankincense). Also a kind introduction for anyone who has never tried Palo Santo and is curious about its character — the reed format is gentle, and you control the intensity by the number of sticks.
