Ganesha's elephant-headed figure is one of the most beloved and warm-hearted figures in Hindu tradition. This matt-glass and metal tea light holder carries the Ganesha design and, in candlelight, lends the room an intimate, warmly glowing mood.
The figure of Ganesha
Ganesha is one of the best-known Hindu deities, elephant-headed and revered as the remover of obstacles. He is a symbol of wisdom, prosperity and new beginnings; by tradition he is called upon when starting new ventures and journeys. He is loved both as a home ornament and as a gift.
Material and finish
It combines matt glass and metal with a Ganesha design. It measures roughly 10 × 12.5 cm and suits both votive candles and tea lights. Light filtering through the matt glass gives a soft, warm glow.
Where it looks best
It suits a meditation corner, a home altar, a shelf or a quiet table. It can be a thoughtful, symbolic gift for new beginnings – a move, a fresh venture.
Use and care
Place it on a stable, non-flammable surface, away from flammable objects. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Wipe the glass with a soft cloth only when it is cold.
One flame, and Ganesha's warm, cheerful figure quietly watches over the corner – a kind presence for new beginnings.
