The Cajonito is the little sibling of the well-known box drum, the cajon: just 29 × 20.5 × 15 cm and only 1.7 kg. Instead of sitting on it, you play it on your lap or on a table, using your palms and fingers. Why is it called the surprise version?
This edition is built in the manufacturer's mixed material combination: the playing surfaces use panels with various wood patterns from production, so every piece looks slightly different. Which pattern you receive stays a surprise until you unpack it - but the construction and sound of each piece reflect the same careful German workmanship.
