A snare voice for your cajon - in one move
The Buzz Board XL works on a cajon like a side snare on a drum kit: it adds a new sound colour to your playing. The thin wooden board carries 24 metal snare spirals, so when struck it produces a fast-responding, buzzing, snare-like sound that stands out clearly from the cajon's bass and snare tones.
Velcro mounting, no tools
The back of the board attaches to the cajon's playing surface with Velcro. You can place it wherever your hand reaches most comfortably, and reposition or remove it at any time - within seconds, with no mounting hardware. One cajon, several distinct sounds, even changing from song to song.
Birch board, 24 spirals
The playing surface and rear panel are made of birch, and the sound comes from 24 snare spirals - this is the larger XL version; its smaller sibling uses 12 spirals. The board measures approximately 28 × 9.5 × 1 cm and weighs just 0.2 kg, so it fits easily in your cajon bag.
