Preparation of wheat flour:
Mix the wheat flour powder with warm water to make a rubbery paste. Form into shoes and min. Form into balls and leave to rest for at least 10 minutes. Cook in boiling spiced water. When it comes to the top of the water, remove and slice. Continue cooking for about 10 minutes. After cooling, it can be breaded and fried or further processed using other "meaty" cooking techniques.
