How does a wheat pillow work?
The pillow is filled with spelt wheat husks, which contain silicic acid. This material retains and distributes heat far more evenly than synthetic fillings — the warmth is released slowly and over a long period to the muscles. The cover is made from natural cotton, with a cotton inner lining and a printed cotton outer bag. The lavender oil provides a distinctive, relaxing fragrance that intensifies during heating.
Use when warmed or cooled
For warming, the wheat pillow can be heated in a microwave for 1–2 minutes (maximum 800W, monitor carefully). It can be placed on the neck, shoulders, lower back or abdomen. For cooling, a pillow kept in the refrigerator (not the freezer) provides a pleasantly cool effect. The 40×12.5×4.5 cm dimensions are ideal for the neck and shoulder area and the pillow is easy to store.
